Leg Press: 50 reps @ 90 pounds
Split Squats: 12/leg w/ 5 pound weight
Leg Extension: 20 reps @ 40 pounds
Leg Curls: 20 reps @ 55 pounds
Lunges w/Leg Extension
Leg Lifts: 25 reps
Calf Raises: 25 reps@ 70 pounds
Calf Extensions: 25 reps@ 90 pounds
